      4. Themes of Brotherhood is all on PDF copies now

      5. If you have a book, Shundrick may want to use them

      6. “Legally” we are not allowed to get them from anywhere other than the Sinfonia store or handmade

         1. These are trying times, so “it wouldn’t be the worst thing” if you ordered them from another source

3. Fraternity Education Officer - Shundrick Parker

   1. Rush Week

      1. Starts next week

      2. Monday is volleyball at the Rec (6:30)

      3. Every other night will be at the CPA

      4. No meeting during Rush Week (next Wednesday)

      5. Need times from Shundrick and make flyers

   2. Interviews

      1. Will take place the weekend after Rush

         1. Sunday, September 17th at 1pm

      2. Mandatory for all brothers

      3. Pinnable attire

   3. What to look for in potential PMs

      1. Refresh ourselves on what we look for in a brother and a Sinfonian

      2. Are they musicianlly men? Do they embody the spirit of Sinfonia? Are they someone who will put effort into spreading joy through music?

      3. They must also have a satisfactory GPA

   4. Friday Potluck

      1. Invitational dinner at the end of rush

      2. Mandatory for all members

   1. Reimbursements

      1. DJ is reimbursed $178 for Sinfonian Suasage supplies

         1. Will come out of budget and go towards his dues for the semester

      2. Nate is reimbursed $25 for gas for leadership workshop

      1. $150 for the semester, talk to Lucas for payment plan options

         1. Some discussion about lowering dues and fixing the budget was had

      1. Make sure to message me if you are going to be late to or will be missing a meeting

      2. We will be cracking down more on attendance this semester

   2. Grade Checks

      1. Make sure to show me your previous semester’s GPA

      2. In order to stay active, you must have at least a 2.0

   3. Agenda/Minutes

      1. Changing how this works a bit this year

         1. People holding positions will be contacted on Mondays about what they would like on their agenda, or if they have nothing to report

            1. Once those people have given me that information, it will be posted in the Discord under #meeting-text for everyone to look at

         2. Any member is allowed to request something to be put under For the Good of the Order

         3. Minutes will be posted immediately after every meeting or ritual

            1. All previous minutes are accessible in this channel, so you can look back at previous meetings if we had mentioned something you would like a refresher on

         4. Meetings will open with the approval of the previous meeting’s minutes, as well as the current meeting’s agenda, so make sure you have read through them so you know what you are approving

   4. Christian Pieri

      1. Christian is unfortunately not attending UT this semester due to financial reasons

      2. He has completed an active semester and is in good standing with the Fraternity, so he will be put on Alumni status for the time being

      3. If he were to return in the Spring, he would have to work and apply to become a Collegiate member again
